The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work for an independently owned hospitality group that values and nurtures their employees to maximise performance and personal growth.About the roleThis is a permanent full-time role that reports directly to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the team culture, customer experience and the compliant operation of the hotel.To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate and deliver: Proven success in a hospitality management role, with at least 2 years experience Current RSA, RSG, RMLV Certificates and Approved Managers licence Ability to engage with the community and drive exceptional customer experiences Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction The ability to implement and adhere to policies and procedures Reliable and excellent personal presentation Enthusiastic with a genuine passion for the industry, its patrons and the people that work within itYour drive to deliver a consistent high level of customer experience will be the key within this role.
