The Prison Mental Health Service (PMHS) provides a multi-disciplinary in reach service to people who are incarcerated in correctional centres across South East Queensland. The primary goal of PMHS is to identify individuals who have a severe mental illness or are at risk of developing mental illness or are at risk of developing mental illness while incarcerated Multiple permanent and temporary opportunities!This position provides clinical and case management support to clients of the Prison Mental Health Service to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes for this complex group.
