Perth3:1 rosterInitial 6 month contractIndustrial Relations Specialist Major Construction ProjectJoin a high-performing team on a major construction project, supporting workforce relations and compliance across site operations.Key Responsibilities:Interpret and apply state/federal legislation and project agreementsManage industrial relations matters, disputes, and union engagementProvide ER/IR advice to site supervisors, workforce, and support teamsConduct subcontractor audits and support compliance with ERMPAssist with rosters, leave management, and change-of-employment conditionsWhat Youll Bring:8+ years experience in employee/industrial relations on construction or EPC projectsStrong knowledge of Australian IR/ER frameworks and site operationsProven ability to manage case files, union interactions, and workforce trainingExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsTertiary qualifications in HR or Industrial Relations (preferred)Site-based role must meet physical and safety requirements of a major hazard facility.Candidates must have full Australian work rights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
