Accountable to the Supervisor: Processing.This role is based at the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine on an 8/6 FIFO roster, we operate direct flights to our sites from Perth and Kalgoorlie.Accountabilities:Maintaining a safe workplace, leading by example andpromoting a positive safety cultureEnsuring adherence to site policies and proceduresIdentifying and eliminating hazardswith a view of achieving an injury free workplaceReviewing and monitoring adherence to operational proceduresProvide relief support for the Operations Shift Supervisor as required and adopt all accountabilities for the duration of the relief periodSupport the operations supervisor in undertaking on the job training within the team of processing techniciansMaximise the plant performance by adhering to set parameters and ensure KPIs are always met or exceededInvestigate and suggest potential solutions to plant variations and performanceOperate all operational areas of the processing plant, including the centralised control room and the tailings storage facilityPerform processing plant equipment isolations and create applicable permit to work documentsAssisting with the planning of maintenance activities to avoid impacts to the plan, forecast and budget deliverablesEffective communication, understanding and support given to all other departments based on transparent information sharingAbout YouPeople are at the heart of everything we do.
