In the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, PHI takes onsome of the most challenging assignments in aviation to deliver high quality helicoptersupport for energy customers and search and rescue authorities.We are one ofthe safest helicopter operators anywhere in the world, as every flight we takeis guided by our core values of Safe, Efficient, Quality, Service.Aboutthe roleWe have anexciting new opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join us in West Perth.Reporting to theDirector of HR APAC, you will be responsible for providing administrative supportto the HR Team and the APAC region, providing assistance and guidance aroundgeneral HR queries, delving into reporting and analytics, and providing a firstclass customer service experience to our business leaders and employees alike.This role willideally suit someone who has spent some time in an HR Administration role andis looking to elevate their career to the next level. This role may be adjusted into a HR advisorrole for the successful candidate.Responsibilitiesof the role include:Maintainthe employee life cycle including employee onboarding and due diligence checks,inductions and exit processes.Maintainthe HR database and personnel master lists to accurately reflect employeedetails.Monitorand advise business leaders of employee milestones and contractual obligationsincluding end of probationary periods, key service anniversaries, visa expiryand contract end dates.Providemonthly and quarterly reporting for our Clients and internal stakeholders.Supportand contribute to key HR projects and initiatives i.e. Enterprise AgreementNegotiations, policy/ procedure review, and improvement projects.Maintaininternal data, systems and process to ensure compliance with Company policies,procedures, process and legislation such as contract expiry, visa expiry, fairand equitable processes.To beconsidered for this role, you will need:Minimumof 2 years experience working within Human Resources in a similar roleThisrole will also suit someone who has worked in a medical or legal field in anadministrative capacityCertificateIV in Human Resources will be beneficial but not essentialDemonstratedhigh level of customer service experienceAboutyou:Soundunderstanding of the employee lifecycleIntermediate/Advanced MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Highattention to detail and organisational skillsCommitmentto customer service and deliveryExceptionalinterpersonal and communication skillsMotivatedteam player, who is keen to learn and take on new responsibilities.CompetitiveBase Salary, in line with your skills and experienceCommitmentto your ongoing development and growth, including on-the-job opportunities,formal programs, coaching and mentoringValuesled cultureSalarysacrifice options including novated leases and superannuation.Awork environment where safety is always the number one priorityBy joining our team, you willwork in a rewarding and professional environment, with a diverse team of peoplesharing ideas and experiences.If this position sounds right for you, please register through ourPHI Career Centre and follow the steps to complete anapplication.PHI Aviation is an equalopportunity employer and encourages applications from Aboriginal and TorresStrait Islanders.
