The person is responsible for acting as the intermediary between Fujifilm DMS clients and its internal implementations teams. The BA is responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements, facilitating communication and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives.MAIN ACTIVITIESWork as a pivotal part of a project team responsible for implementing client requirements using Fujifilm DMS systems, services, and technologies.Elicit requirements from internal and external stakeholdersDevelop Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) to:Clearly define in writing, the requirements that are in scope for a project including both functional and non-functional requirements.Communicate requirements to DEV, QA & Deployment teamsCommunicate agreed changes in scope to the client and internal teamsManage requirements throughout the project life cycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with project and business goalsFacilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and implementation teamsWork with the Project Manager to successfully deliver Project scopeContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis practiceEnsure Project Management Office (PMO) policies and procedures are adhered to.Key SkillsProven ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements using a variety of techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations with diverse stakeholders.Comfortable working with technology and understanding technical conceptsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and VisQualifications And ExperienceTertiary level qualifications in Computer Science, Business or an associated discipline.At least 5 years of business experience across SDLC, Business Analysis, Process Re-engineering, BCP/DR planning, Quality Assurance (QA) and Risk Management.Sound understanding and experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.3 + years of Software Implementation Projects experience (desirable).Experience working with external stakeholders (preferred).A CCBA or CBAP certification is highly regarded but not essential.Whats next?If you can meet the above requirements and are ready to take the next step in your career, apply now!Employment is dependent on Australian Citizenship (due to client contractual requirements) and national criminal history checks that are acceptable to Fujifilm DMS.
