Not only would you be a first responder to critical real-time customer and team alerts but will get the experience of testing customer-ready solutions with real-time impact reporting. You will be part of a high-performing global team providing round the clock operational support to Sports Traders and Product stakeholders. The role is critical in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of Caesars Digital and ZeroFlucs trading and sports betting platforms.Youre working days will be Sunday Thursday*.Tech, stack and equipment youll be working with:SplunkAWS CloudWatchNew RelicPagerDutyRunbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).MacBook Air M3--------------------------------What you bring to the table ????Whilst were not looking for you to tick all these boxes, we are looking for someone who can keep up with the team.
