Working with us as a Business Analyst, you''ll be at the forefront of that vision working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify, capture, and translate requirements into innovative business outcomes for our products.A Business Analyst at TechnologyOne is actively involved in capturing new business requirements and communicating them with the development team. They support the team through the analysis, review and documentation of product functional and technical requirements that delight our customers.What you''ll be doingDevelop and demonstrate understanding of the Financials product - its features and functions, legislative and compliance constraints and regional or industry flavours.Work closely with the Product Owner, Customers and Development team throughout the development process to write user requirements, test cases and other content to represent customer requirements using defined design methodsContribute to the design of new features, and work with the Development team to break the design down for manufactureParticipate in workshops with internal and external Customers to confirm the product design meets customer requirementsConduct Business Acceptance Testing, specifically, a non-exhaustive set of functional tests of the most important business functions to validate the business functions meet customer requirements as designed and that the software is of sufficient quality and stability to proceed with further downstream testing, namely no known Critical or Urgent issuesDepending on team requirements, conduct functional QA and regression testing from time to timeWork with the Product Success team to develop required enablement content to support the rollout and adoption of Product by both our internal and external CustomersParticipate in presentations and forums to inform and educate stakeholders in new product featuresHands-on experience and solid understanding of modules, features, functions, and compliance requirements, particularly with the TechnologyOne Financial product.Experience with our Enterprise Budgeting product highly desirable.Experience with DocOne and ExcelOne is highly preferred.A relevant degree, equivalent industry accreditation such as CPA or CA qualification is highly preferred.Relevant degree and/or industry experiencePractical knowledge and experience with product modules, features, functions, and compliance requirements, preferably with TechnologyOne products.Familiarity with industry best practice analysis tools and methodologies.Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Strong presentation skills and experience in facilitating workshops and group discussions.Competitive remuneration packageIndustry leading employee share planAmazing Culture: 8 x Australian Business Awards "Employer of Choice" winnerFlexible hours: we are family-friendly and value life outside of workFree gym membership in your region (or, if you are located at HQ, we have a new state of the art Gym onsite, exclusive and available 24/7).Additional 2.5 days of leave per year dedicated to volunteering at a charity of your choiceFree breakfast and coffee on-siteTechnologyOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer who values diversity and an inclusive workplace.
