About the roleThis is a full-time Production Supervisor role based in Yatala, QLD. As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production machines and ensuring the efficient and effective manufacturing of Our Town Fencing''s products.What you''ll be doingSupervise and coordinate the work of production machine operators to ensure productivity targets are metMonitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that ariseProvide training and support to machine operators to improve their skills and efficiencyEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality standardsLiaise with the production manager to help solve issuesOperate a machine to ensure the high volume targets are metMaintain accurate records and reporting on production activitiesWhat we''re looking forSignificant experience in a production machine operator or supervisor role within the manufacturing industryStrong technical understanding of production machinery and processesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to lead and motivate a team of machine operatorsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant qualifications or certifications in manufacturing or operations managementWhat we offerAs part of the Our Town Fencing team, you''ll enjoy a range of benefits including:Competitive hourly rate - as a guide $32 - $37.
