Add expected salary to your profile for insightsBorder Express currently has exciting opportunities available for experienced and motivated Customer Service Officersto join the team at our Wetherill Park Branch.Duties:Actioning customer inquiries promptly and responding with professionalism across all channels: email, webforms, chats and phone callsProviding a high level of service and communication to key internal and external stakeholders;Proficiently raising queries in the internal ticketing system (training will be provided)and carrying out investigations in order to provide accurate and timely responses to our customersSkills and Experience:Demonstrated ability to assist customers with queries in a timely and efficient manner;Excellent telephone manner;Ability to learn and work within multiple software systems and multitask seamlessly between tasks like handling high priority tickets, answering calls and compiling reportsTransport, logistics or high volume customer service experience is highly desirable;Well-developed time management, communication and conflict resolution skills;Initiative, drive and a willingness to be an active member of the team;Strong written, verbal and listening skills are essential;Demonstrated ability to develop positive and professional working relationships with customersStrong attention to detail.Get to know Border Express:At Border Express we''re committed 100% to providing the very best supply chain services for Australia.
