Both positions are focused on delivering innovative digital products and services that make a real difference to the people of NSW.Opportunity 1: Business Analyst Digital & Product Services Team (Ongoing Role)Join a team that supports NSW Fair Trading through discovery, solution building, and system maintenance. Youll work on initiatives that enhance business systems and improve service delivery across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Analyse and document business processes and user stories.Investigate and recommend improvements for services and products.Engage stakeholders to define needs and drive research.Implement structured project planning frameworks.Optimise services based on customer feedback and insights.Ideal Candidate:Experienced in enterprise application systems and user story creation.Skilled in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.Opportunity 2: Business Analyst Digital & Data Delivery Team (Strata Hub Project, Temporary Role)Be part of a dynamic Agile team working on the award-winning Strata Hub, a digital product designed to simplify strata management for NSW residents.Key Responsibilities:Translate business requirements into platform solutions.Analyse and enhance enterprise applications.Communicate acceptance criteria and support development/testing teams. Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage risks.Ideal Candidate: Experienced in Agile frameworks and digital product support. Experience in Pega V8+ and Pega frameworks is desirable. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
