Being a strong data-driven business; using cutting edge and digital innovative marketing technology, we service a sophisticated customer base, offering a different way for punters to engage with racing and sport.RequirementsWhat you will bringPrevious experience in a project management role (min 2 - 3 years).HRIS transition experience preferred.Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems (payroll, recruitment, talent, learning, time and attendance).Strong communication skills, keeping all relevant stake holders informed on process.Ability to complete tasks by agreed deadline.How Betfair will be On Your Side:Incredibly flexible working arrangements.An ongoing commitment to Diversity and Inclusion.Supportive wellbeing initiatives including access to our Employee Assistance Program.A dedicated internal events team focused on bringing a mix of educational, social, celebratory, and philanthropic activities,Some tasks include, but are not limited to:Deliver the successful transition of Betfair from PeopleSoft to a new HRIS system (TBC) within the agreed timeline.Ensure system configuration aligns with business requirements across HR, payroll, and finance functions.Ensure accurate and complete migration of all existing employee data.Document and hand over all key processes to enable the People & Culture team to manage and maintain the system independently.Proactively identify and mitigate risks before they impact project timelines or outcomes.Provide clear, consistent progress updates to key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Establish clear governance protocols for ongoing system updates, user permissions, and support escalation.Conduct thorough testing to validate functionality before go-live.Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Interested?At Betfair, we are committed to building a workplace where everyone can fulfill their full potential.
