In this role, you will enhance the Brandbank online customer experience through exceptional UX and design across all digital touchpoints.You will report directly to the Head of Digital and work in close collaboration with the broader digital team and key brand stakeholders, driving impactful design strategies that elevate our customer journey across all six brands (Seed Heritage, Unison, Allkinds, Commonry, kikki.K and FINE-DAY).The RoleLead the UX and Design team, providing UX and interface design services across all brand websites and other key digital touchpointsUsing Figma and other provided tools, create and test design concepts, wireframes, customer journey maps, workflows and prototypesContribute to sales growth through the improvement of e-commerce conversion rates and other key usability metricsMaintain all UX & Design-related tickets in JiraWork with internal and external development teams to support the delivery of new digital initiatives and featuresSupport the delivery of business initiatives through the facilitation of design and discovery workshopsDevelopment of experience maps, storyboards and wireframesCreate and manage brand digital style guides and UX patterns to ensure a consistent design language is applied across the digital productsBuild and develop our UX/UI practices and competencies within the Digital Team and direct reportsConstant research and championing of best practice UXOn-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:5+ years working in a UX/UI related role at a digital agency or retail/similar environmentExcellent working knowledge of UX design processes, methodologies and principlesStrong communication and presenting skills, and the ability to influence outcomesHighly skilled use of design tools such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, and Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to carry out and document customer research, such as usability testingStrong experience and knowledge of customer journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframing, design patterns and guidelinesExperience and working knowledge of A/B testing and applying findings to inform future improvementsAbility to work on multiple, simultaneous projects of all sizes and complexityExcellent interpersonal, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skillsPassionate about usability and accessibility, with the ability to translate this into your work.Good technical knowledge to understand what is and isn''t possibleWHY JOIN THE BRANDBANK GROUP TEAM?Generous discounts across all Brandbank Brands!Opportunity to work for a uniquely Australian Retail Group with a global visionSupportive team culture and environmentEmployee Referral Program - be rewarded for referring great new people to our teamHealth and Wellness initiatives with access to Employee Assistance ProgramBrandbank Day - An additional day''s leave to use however you like - whether it''s for life admin, cultural celebrations, or simply recharging.You & Your Mate - Yes, we mean your dog!
