With a commitment to exceptional customer service and innovative designs, we strive to create environments that enhance everyday living.About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Consultant to support our Residential Communities and Home Building Business Unit. This role is crucial in meeting sales targets, providing leadership to the sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.Coordinate and participate in sales promotions, campaigns, events, and displays.Provide mentorship and support to Sales Associates to ensure adherence to structured sales processes.Facilitate tenders and Home Building agreements for House and Land split contract transactions.Establish relationships with developers and assist in developing packages to promote SHAWOOD house sales.Monitor stock management and liaise with legal representatives for contract processes.Skills & CompetenciesStrong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Adaptability, initiative, and strong customer focus.Planning, organising, and presentation skills.Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.Essential Qualifications & ExperienceValid NSW Assistant Agent Licence or NSW Real Estate Licence (minimum requirement).Demonstrated competence in sales principles and strong customer service focus.Valid Drivers Licence.Desirable QualificationsTertiary qualifications in property.White card certification.Why Join Us?Sekisui House Australia offers a collaborative and dynamic work environment where you can grow your career.
