As such, the incumbent will act as an ambassador for the facility and will be required to provide high quality customer service across Visitor Services and Box Office and the Horsham Regional Art Gallery along with administration support to Venue staff.The Horsham Town Hall is open and operates 7 days a week. The Customer Service functions are rostered and there is an expectation to be able to work occasional weekends when rostered.About YouThe successful applicant will have minimum Year 12 education. Relevant customer service in highly visible, public and customer focused industries (tourism, arts, hospitality) is advantageous.About the RegionHorsham Rural City Council is a vibrant municipality located approximately 300 kilometres north-west of Melbourne.
