The Company has developed activities to support training, employment, and business opportunities, and cultivated a strong team culture that drives outcomes our clients rely on.The RoleWe are currently seeking a Rope Access Manager to join our team to assist and undertake planned shutdown, maintenance and project works. Successful candidates are offered a full time position based at our West Perth office with regular site visits.As Rope Access Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Rope Access activities in project and shutdown operations for the Integrated Services Department. This role ensures all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. Leveraging industry best practices and innovative technologies, you will plan, coordinate, and manage the workforce and client required tasks while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Rope Access Department, and manage ongoing works from scoping and tendering through to implementation and final completionDevelop a proficient Rope Access team by defining roles, recruiting, providing training and leadership opportunitiesExpand the team and implement plans to achieve goals and growth within budget in line with departmental KPIsManage client and stakeholders, and work collaboratively with work teams and business departments to meet project objectivesOversee budgets, resources, profit and loss (P&L), and assigned works in progress (WIP)Manage personnel, tooling, equipment, and materials to optimise project outcomesLiaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure availability of required resourcesVerify work crews are resourced to complete works in a safe working environmentEnsure teams comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policiesIdentify HSEQ risks, and monitor, implement or enforce requirements to IRATA standardsApply a professional approach to carry out clear, pro-active resolutions to conflictsPromote a positive culture, reinforce company values and acceptable behaviourApply a professional approach to carry out clear, pro-active resolutions to conflictsLead by example through coaching or mentoring to assist the Rope Access teamAbout YouEligible to work in AustraliaConstruction White CardRelevant Australian recognised trade qualificationLevel 1-3 IRATA Certificate (valid)Over 5 years of leadership experience and proficiency in managing Rope Access teamsExtensive knowledge in rope access systems, codes, and regulationsHigh level of technical aptitude, problem-solving skills with the ability to delegateCapacity to work effectively with minimal supervision while producing deliverablesAbility to achieve high standards under budgetary and schedule constraintsPossess sound business acumen and ability to adapt to different business environmentsStrong communication skills, positive attitude and commitment to doing your bestPersonal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitmentWhy WarrikalCompetitive payment ratesWork in a team that values your growth and contributionWork alongside experienced professionals dedicated to your successCultivate skills to move into higher-paying positionsRecognition, rewards and ongoing professional opportunitiesFlexible work arrangements (conditions apply)Access to mental health support (EAP)How To ApplyTo apply for the role, click on the ''Apply'' button.
