Our work sites produce high-quality recycling products and services while delivering inclusive employment experiences.About The RoleAs a Production Team Leader, you will play a vital role in enhancing opportunities for our supported employees while ensuring commercial outcomes. You will oversee and guide employees, motivating, mentoring, and supervising them to meet their employment goals and deliver exceptional production outcomes.Daily ResponsibilitiesMotivate and mentor a diverse workforce, fostering a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with WHS policies and procedures.Supervise and guide supported employees to meet NDIS goals and commercial targets.Promote positive behaviour support and a collaborative team environment.Conduct skills training, assessments, and performance reviews in collaboration with Employment Coaches.Ensure production meets quality, delivery, and business standards.Monitor operations and adjust processes as needed to meet standards.RequirementsDisability support experience is preferred.Hands-on labour experience in a production environment, with the ability to coordinate projects and delegate tasks to a diverse team.Ability to supervise and mentor supported employees; experience in disability support is highly regarded.Willingness to obtain or hold a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and a valid Driver''s License.BenefitsSalary Packaging: Up to $15,900 of your salary tax-free, plus entertainment benefits up to $2,650.Employee Assistance Program: Free, confidential counselling for you and your family.Discounted gym memberships, private health insurance discounts, paid parental leave, reward programs, and free flu vaccinations.Join #TeamPossible!If interested, click Apply.
