This role is reporting into the Superintendent Asset management and is being offered on a 5:2:4:3 roster.A Day In The Life May IncludeAssist in developing asset management plans and budgets aligned to operational priorities.Coordinate and monitor asset management programs across site operations.Ensure compliance with management systems that support safe, efficient, and standardised work practices, aligned with Newmonts vision and values.Contribute to the resolution of short- and long-term asset management priorities in support of production goals.Support cost control initiatives by assessing data and applying cost-effective asset utilisation strategies.Prepare and present detailed performance reports and insights for senior management.Drive continuous improvement, QA/QC, and optimisation across maintenance practices.Ensure team compliance with systems, standards, and governance processes.Proactively assess risk, implement mitigation plans, and oversee ongoing risk monitoring.About YouYou bring a high level of technical competency, leadership, and strategic insight, with the ability to influence performance outcomes through data, systems, and people.
