You''ll collaborate with community groups and organisations, cultural associations and internal staff to build their capacity to deliver projects and programs that foster connection, learning, social inclusion and cultural celebration.Based at the Hillview Hub, youll also provide an outstanding level of customer service to daily customers and centre users, connecting them with information, resources as well as advice and support.Reporting to the Coordinator Hillview Intercultural Community Centre, this is a permanent, full-time position in a welcoming and thriving local council. Together with community stakeholders, develop and deliver a broad range of programs, activities, and services that foster connection, learning, social inclusion and cultural celebration.Engage with purpose Develop relationships with community partners, organisations and internal teams to build their own capacity in developing solutions that addresses their unique needs and aspirations.Be the face of Hillview - Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and centre users, including mentoring, advice and facilitating access to information and resources with warmth, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.Operations - Support daily operations such as key collections, equipment and room checks, inductions for room hirers, and post-use inspections in accordance with centre procedures.Multi-task and juggle - Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines without missing a beat!What you can bring to the roleWere after someone that thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with exceptional face-to-face customer service and communication skills. Youre resilient, organised and have the ability to multi-task and work both independently and as part of a team.
