Join to apply for the Training Specialist - Project Based role at Uniting Church in Australia, Queensland Synod15 hours ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Training Specialist - Project Based role at Uniting Church in Australia, Queensland SynodDirect message the job poster from Uniting Church in Australia, Queensland SynodFixed Term, 9-day Fortnight | Flexible working arrangements | Auchenflower baseThis is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the successful implementation of Uniting Early Learnings Building Bridges program, which supports the professional development of both In Home and Family Day Care educators.Create targeted training content to support the ongoing development of IHC and FDC educatorsManage the implementation and delivery of training activities, to develop and build the knowledge, skills and capabilities of new and existing educators, coordinators, service leaders and other staff across the UEL portfolio.Oversee the projects training calendar and ensure training meets compliance, professional development needs and project outcomes.Drive and monitor project deliverables, escalating concerns when needed.Collaborate with publishers and stakeholders to develop and maintain online course content.Develop comprehensive project reporting that captures key deliverables, evaluates outcomes, and informs future planningBased in Auchenflower, Brisbane, this role involves occasional travel to regional centres across Queensland to visit services and deliver training.
