Senior Physiotherapist (FULL TIME & PART TIME ROLE) Are you looking to take your Physiotherapy career to the next level? We are looking for: 1x Full-time or Part-time Senior Physiotherapist The role involves managing a caseload of patients as well as training and recruiting junior practitioners. A suitable candidate must have a passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy and educating other health professionals (including graduate Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists, and Chiropractors). The role includes mentoring, growth, and eventually sharing in the ownership of our multidisciplinary clinics. Location: (Interstate or regional applicants are encouraged to apply, with accommodation/relocation allowance provided for the right candidate) Remuneration: Salary: $90k-$130k OR Commission Bonuses / Equity share in business profits will also be included. Flexible Physiotherapy Roles We are looking for: 1x Full-time Physiotherapist 1x Part-time Physiotherapist (20 hours per week) 1x Casual Physiotherapist (Weekends) The roles are primarily across our Osborne Park and Ellenbrook clinics, with opportunities in Wembley and Maddington as well. Hours and location preferences can be discussed during the interview. Flexibility with shifts is available, including morning starts, late finishes, and weekend work. For New Graduates, we offer: An allowance of $1000 towards further education In-house continued support and education sessions One-on-one training with our senior practitioners The roles are based in the Northern/Northeastern suburbs of Perth, mainly Osborne Park and Ellenbrook. All clinics have existing caseloads with room for expansion and maintain good relationships with local GPs. Our clinics manage a varied caseload including musculoskeletal issues, orthopaedic rehabilitation, womens health, sports injuries, work-related injuries, and motor vehicle injuries.
