Underpinning the project is the innovative supply chain including modular crushers, a 150km private, dedicated haul road, and transhippers. At the Kens Bore Resort, weve set a new standard for FIFO accommodation with 45 square metres of living space three times the size of traditional FIFO rooms each equipped with a queen size bed, ensuite, kitchenette, big screen TV and private laundry.About The OpportunityAs the largest global crushing contractor, we have operations across Western Australia - operating in iron ore, lithium and hard rock.We are seeking expressions of interest from Fixed Plant Operators with fixed plant crushing experience to join our team at Kens Bore. These roles are full time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.What we offer:Full-time positionsFIFO from Perth & BrisbaneCompetitive rates plus quarterly bonuses!Industry-leading food provided at MinRes site camps run by MinRes own chefs!Opportunity for career progression and trainingAccess to MinRes employee benefit program including MinRes MyShare PlanKey Responsibilities:Control and operation of stockyard balance machines, crushers, screens, conveyors and associated fixed plant equipment, including inspection & checking, reporting and recording of operating parameters and other relevant information as required.All aspects of housekeeping including cleaning of mobile plant, control room and company vehicles, and also including clean-up of spillage within the Plant using both manual and mechanical methods.Manual handling ability of up to 40kg as the role involves lifting, pushing, pulling, work at heights and others exertions associated with manual roles and requires certain physical demands and exposure to challenging environmentsIdentify, investigate, report and fix all defects and spillage in assigned areas of the fixed plant, and ensure there is work planned to fix in shutdowns where required.Assisting maintenance workers with maintenance and servicing of Plant and Equipment during Plant shutdowns and breakdowns.Completion of any other tasks and activities within your competency as directed by the Site Leadership TeamCompliance with all Company & Site Rules and Regulations as stipulated by the Company and/or the ClientParticipate in hazard identification, assessment and controlProviding input and feedback for Plant and Operational improvements.What is required:Demonstrated safety commitmentGood verbal and written communication skills.Ability to carry out work instructions and directives to provide satisfactory outcomesAbility to work within a team environment to achieve desired resultsFlexible and versatile attitudeTickets & Licenses Required:Current Australian Driver''s License (HR license desirable)Construction Induction CardWorking at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.About Our ProcessAt Mineral Resources, we are committed to employing individuals who align with our values and meet the requirements of the role.
