Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a high level of attention to detail, and an ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.This Position Is Responsible ForProcessing timesheetsRaising purchase ordersProcessing invoicesProcessing daily activity sheets / work ordersEstablishing, controlling and maintaining effective filing systems and recordsData entryGeneral administration duties for the workshop teamOther relevant duties as may be required from time to time.To Be Successful You Will HaveMinimum 3-5 years experience in administrationCurrent Queensland Driver LicenceConstruction Card (white card)Intermediate experience in MS Office and Adobe systemsExperience providing efficient administration support to leaders and teamsCapable of working effectively within established systems and proceduresAble to input data and maintain accurate records within set timeframesAble to produce and maintain documentation with high accuracyKnowledge of the civil construction industry (desirable).Join the McCosker teamAt McCosker we are focused on developing our workforce, giving back to the community and safeguarding our natural environment.
