We''re looking for a Venue Manager passionate about customer experience, capable of executing activations, building relationships with DJs & promoters, and developing their team. As Venue Manager, you''ll oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced venue. We''re seeking someone with a proven track record in managing multi-faceted venues, strong team leadership skills, and experience in cultivating management teams. We Are Offering Generous Salary $100,000 - $110,000 + Super Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A Opportunities to grow within Australias fastest-growing hospitality business, with international prospects. Autonomous role with extensive support both centrally and on the ground. Mobility opportunities: 200+ venues and growing.
