Youll oversee day-to-day administrative operations, lead a small team, and help establish smooth workflows that support our programs and community engagement. This role ensures the front desk and office environment are welcoming, organised, and culturally responsive. Youll coordinate meetings, manage referrals and client data, support compliance and reporting, and provide onboarding and induction for new staff. As a vital part of our team, youll contribute to the Centres early development and ongoing success, helping to create a space that supports healing, connection, and cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.Experience RequirementsThis position is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Identified position and is exempt under the Equal Opportunity Act (1984).
