A great lifestyle in a treasured environment, this is life at PSC!The opportunityAs we progress through our Digital Roadmap Strategy and begin the migration of Microsoft 365, were seeking an experienced ICT Service Desk Team Leader to join our team on a contract basis for a period of up to 6 months with potential opportunities to extend in a Technology team undergoing rapid transformation.The position of ICT Service Desk Team Leader is vital in administering Councils Information & Communication Technology infrastructure systems and services through the ITIL Service Operation phase, and in providing specialist technical advice and analysis.Within your team, you will support and mentor an ICT Support Officer Level 1 and an ICT Support Officer Level 2, ensuring service levels are executed to a high standard across the organisation, supporting our internal stakeholders through their ICT needs.This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced professional looking for a secondment opportunity to be involved in the delivery of our Digital Roadmap project.This is a contract opportunity working full-time 35 hours / weekBase Salary Range: $93,424 to $109,907 pa based on 35 hours / week + 12% superannuation + $2,312 retention allowanceY ou will be working from PSC Administration Building, Raymond TerraceSome of the key responsibilities within this role are listed below however you can view the full list here view the position description.Management of Councils ICT Infrastructure systems and servicesIncident and problem managementProject Delivery, including Service Design and TransitionAssist the ICT Operations Lead where requiredWere all about putting the right people, in the right role!
