National Manager, Conversion and Accessories Pay: Competitive Location: Mulgrave/Victoria Employment type: Full-Time Job Description Req#: EMTRF The National Manager, Conversion and Accessories, holds responsibility for the professional end-to-end delivery of genuine and affiliated Nissan accessories supporting all current and new models. Reporting to the AMIEO region (Africa, Middle East, India, Europe, and Oceania), the role manages responsibilities for the Oceania markets and supports other regions while aligning with overall regional business strategies. Key Features: Coordinate with local, regional, and global teams to understand future Nissan model plans and develop suitable accessory strategies. Present and approve vehicle plans through regional and global accessory groups to support project delivery. Support local Planning and Engineering to ensure accessory delivery aligns with budgets, timelines, and Nissan standards. Set strategic direction for the Conversions and Accessories group to promote business growth and explore future opportunities. Manage local workload and budgets to ensure resource availability and project funding. Primary Accountabilities: Oversee business planning, liaising with global teams to manage accessory program timelines, resources, and milestones. Support engineering and planning functions to streamline processes and meet global standards. Maintain and expand the accessory supplier base, investigating new suppliers for development opportunities. Manage resources such as CAD, workshops, and tools necessary for project completion. Oversee budgets, ensuring proper planning and timely approvals to avoid project delays. About you: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar (preferred). Minimum 10 years'' experience in the automotive industry. Proven project management skills with success in handling multiple projects. Knowledge of regulation, compliance, and product development principles. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
