Our network across NSW allows us to leverage internal resources and a diverse skillset to deliver key projects and secure outstanding content.ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to two General Managers working in event operations and acquisition, this role provides executive, secretarial, and administrative support. It involves being the first point of contact for the GMs, managing diaries, inboxes, coordinating meetings and functions, preparing presentations, agendas, documents, arranging travel, and planning days. Additionally, the role supports internal communications and key messaging to the wider business.ABOUT YOUYou will have a passion for providing high-level senior PA or EA support to General Manager level or above. You should have experience supporting multiple senior leaders, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively handle tasks and issues.Demonstrated experience supporting General Managers or similar rolesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and systemsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, think ahead, and work independentlyAbility to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple complex activitiesProven ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally, liaising confidently at all levelsOpportunities for career development and progressionAccess to the Sporting Club of Sydney facilitiesAdditional benefits of working with major sport and entertainment venuesTeam-oriented culturePlease note: Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents and will be required to undertake a National Police Clearance check.
