Overview:Full-time,Fixed Term position until31/12/2026Salary Level HEW 5 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working ArrangementsBased at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the UniversityAbout The PositionThe Equitable Learning Services Administration Officer provides essential frontline administrative and coordination support to the Equitable Learning Services team, which promotes equal opportunities for students with disabilities, long-term illnesses, and/or mental health conditions. As the first point of contact for students and staff, the officer manages enquiries, coordinates appointments, processes documentation, enters data, and supports events and core team functions.The role also ensures effective triaging and communication across platforms such as CRMs, the Microsoft Office suite, and other communication platforms and systems. Occasionally, the officer may also support the delivery of other wellbeing services at RMIT.
