We are seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to join our team and lead our dental practice with positivity as it enters a huge period of growth.In this pivotal role, you''ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the practice, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, high team performance, and strong business outcomes. You''ll be the go-to person for day-to-day operations, team leadership, patient engagement, and compliance, all while upholding our strong values and commitment to high-quality care.Heres what you will be doing:Oversee front desk operations and ensure a seamless patient journey from booking to treatment completionDrive an outstanding patient rebooking rate through coaching, systems, and teamworkLead and support a high-performing team with regular 1:1s, onboarding, training, and developmentMonitor patient satisfaction, manage feedback and complaints, and enhance the practices online reputationManage practice budgets, supplier relationships, and financial performance in alignment with strategic goalsCollaborate with clinicians and the wider team to ensure high clinical standards and complianceMaintain a safe, infection-controlled, and professional environment across both reception and clinical areasSupport practice growth through patient retention, referrals, and community engagement initiativesWhat Were Looking For:Proven leadership experience in a dental practice environment where you are confident to train and engage the teamExperience managing patient rebooking rate, Google reviews, practice revenue, cost management and team retentionEnergetic and hands-on approach, with the willingness to be hands on at reception dailyStrong communication, problem-solving and organisational skillsSolid understanding of dental regulations, compliance, and infection controlConfidence using dental software and patient management systemsAn enthusiastic leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced and growing practiceA working style that is calm under pressure and professional at all timesAdaptable and open to continuous improvement and changeWhy Join Us?This is a true leadership role in a large, successful practice.
