Were seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations at our Guildford and Arncliffe clinics, managing a multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and potentially Psychologists and Podiatrists.About Us:We are a well-established allied health provider committed to delivering quality, patient-focused care across the lifespan. Our team supports clients through a variety of funding streams, including Medicare, NDIS, Aged Care, and WorkCover (SIRA), and we pride ourselves on clinical excellence, innovation, and strong community connections.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day clinic operations across both Guildford and Arncliffe sitesLead and support a growing team of allied health clinicians and admin staffEnsure smooth patient flow and maintain a high standard of client serviceManage staff rosters, appointments, and clinic resource allocationDrive team performance and support clinicians in achieving KPIsHandle compliance with clinical and funding framework requirementsContribute to business development and community engagement initiativesLiaise with management, finance, and HR to support practice growthMinimum 2 years of experience in managing a health or allied health practiceStrong leadership and staff coordination skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesHigh level of competency with practice management software (e.g., PracSuite, Cliniko, Nookal)Proven experience in billing and operations across:SIRA (WorkCover/CTP)NDIS (plan-managed, self-managed, agency-managed)Aged Care (home care packages)Private billing (HICAPS and health funds)Previous experience in allied health or multidisciplinary team settingsUnderstanding of the operational needs of physiotherapy, psychology, podiatry, and EP servicesFamiliarity with compliance audits and reporting under funding programsBusiness development and local network engagement experienceWhat We Offer:Competitive salary package based on experienceStrong administrative support and onboardingLeadership development and mentorship opportunitiesFlexible working structure between the two sitesSupportive, close-knit team culture with a focus on patient outcomesInterested?Wed love to hear from you.
