Our continuing success is attributed to the quality of our products and our talented and dedicated team.The opportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement, purchasing and warehousing teams and drive strategic initiatives that contribute to the success of our company.Key responsibilitiesReporting to the General Manager Support Services, your responsibilities will include:Provide strategic leadership across the supply chain function, ensuring governance frameworks meet legislative, regulatory, and organisational standardsManage end-to-end procurement activities, including the full purchase order lifecycle, supplier onboarding, and contract lifecycle in alignment with Delegation of Authority (DOA)Drive ethical sourcing practices and supplier risk assessments in accordance with modern slavery, sustainability, and environmental requirementsLead the development and implementation of exception reporting tools to identify variances, support mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvementMaintain accurate and complete supply chain master data to support seamless transactions, inventory optimisation, and financial planningChampion alternate and secondary sourcing strategies to mitigate single-source risk and respond to supply chain disruptionsEnsure all new or changed items meet Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) standards with appropriate cross-functional engagementDrive supplier performance benchmarking and cost optimisation initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, and commercial metricsDirect existing warehouse and logistics operational leadership to ensure compliance with Australian Standards, service level efficiency, and scalabilityLead high-value freight and logistics negotiations, addressing critical delivery or safety issues where executive involvement is requiredApprove and support warehousing leadership for storage and logistics strategies for complex goods, major site mobilisations, and one-off deliveriesChampion continuous improvement in packaging, inventory control, stock accuracy, and fulfilment processesCollaborate with legal, compliance, and sustainability teams to embed evolving legislative and regulatory requirements into procurement and sourcing processesLead organisational compliance efforts under the Modern Slavery Act, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO) obligationsWhat you must haveThis role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on end-to-end supply chain engagement.
