Our commitment to excellence in imaging performance, innovative design, and uncompromising quality ensures our solutions consistently deliver best-in-class imaging, high reliability, and operator satisfaction, to help customers find threats and contraband with ease and confidence.ResponsibilitiesCentral Point of contact for proposals from all sales territoriesAct as Project Manager for the Bid and Proposal (B&P) team for receipt of request through submission of compliant proposals to customerManages the bidding interface between departments including Sales, Engineering, PMO, Logistics and those with sign-off responsibilityWork with sales and assigned technical leads (Engineers, Project Managers, Logisticians etc) to translate technical specifications to develop effective technical, management and service solutions to win bids and increase revenue.Coordinate all internal resources (Product Management, Engineering, Technical Sales, Sales Operations, Contracts, Legal etc).Responsible for commercial and technical volumes.Review all customer requirements, and formally summarize and communicate requirements internallyTo give transparency to risks within the opportunity and work with stakeholders to provide mitigationsLead Customer Value Proposition (CVP) workshops, Lessons Learned (L2) reviews, win strategy, solutioning workshops and lead Gate ReviewsCollaborate with Pricing lead to create financial model and work with management to gain final approval.Interface with Product Management and Engineering to develop new content for proposals as related to new products and/or features.Organize and track all requests and responses using company databases.Manage to tight deadlines and customer requestsMust be able to complete job responsibilities working with different time zone needs such as attending meetings outside of normal business hours ~20%To seek to continuously improve the bid process bringing in best practice and educating all stakeholders involved in the tender and response process.Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of practical experience with domestic, and international bids and proposals within a regulated industry.Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or a technical field highly desiredWorking experience of multidisciplinary teams including PMO, Estimating, Engineering, Financial and commercial management disciplines.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointUnderstanding of basic contract languageProven leadership and management experienceBe capable of interacting positively with management and cross-functional peer teamsBe capable of explaining technical procedures in writing or verballyBe capable of managing conflictPossess the ability to work unsupervised and drive major projects to completionBe capable of independent problem solvingPossess strong time management skillsAbility to manage to tight deadlinesAdvanced fluency and fully proficient in reading and writing in SpanishHave strong interpersonal and communications skillsPlease review our benefits here: Life at OSIThe specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location and date of hire.
