$77,164 -$88,500 p.a. plus superannuationPermanent Full-time 35 hours per week with a fortnightly rostered day offModern harbourside offices with beach and garden surroundsAbout usWoollahra is an area steeped in natural beauty and heritage appealing to residents, businesses and visitors who enjoy its many parks, waterfront locations and historic buildings.Our people come from a diverse range of backgrounds and professions creating a dynamic workforce of over 400 staff members.We strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience and we are dedicated to looking after our staff, because if we look after our people, we will be better placed to look after our community.About the roleWe have a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, for 35 hours per week.The main responsibilities of this role will be to resolve customer enquiries in the call centre, by email and face to face at the front counter, as well as carrying out various administrative tasks and assist with basic law enforcement matters.About youAlong with your proven experience in providing quality customer service in a similar complex environment, your friendly nature, willingness to perform as part of a team and strong communication skills will ensure your success in this role.
