An average day within our Parks & Gardens Turf Team includes (but is not limited to); Mowing and maintaining lawns, performing general maintenance tasks, clearing litter & debris, operating and maintaining equipment & tools.You will learn everything there is to know about the plant and equipment used to do the job safely and expertly.About youYou will demonstrate a genuine passion and the resilience required for physical work outdoors.You will be able to work in a team or unsupervised; all the time taking pride and working safely in producing great outcomes for our community.You will be physically fit and have a can-do attitude.Essential criteria:General schooling to Year 10 or 12 and/or relevant experience.A SafeWork NSW white card (general construction induction card).Current Drivers LicenceSuccessful completion of ChemUse Certification within first 3 months.Our benefits and culture2 days health and wellbeing leave from your sick leave balance each year.3 extra days off during Christmas each year.15 days sick leave each year.Additional parental leave entitlements for both parents.Apply nowBefore submitting your application, please take the time to read the Position Description by clicking the paperclip button located in the top right section of this page.
