You will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance in aviation maintenance, supporting safety and quality systems, and driving continuous improvement within the Hawk program to deliver safe, efficient, and high-performing results.Key responsibilities include:Provide quality support to the Maintenance Organisation within a defence aviation environmentConduct Quality Assurance activities to ensure compliance with Defence Aviation Safety Regulations (DASR) and ISO standardsMonitor and maintain the site related Lead-In Fighter Quality Management System (QMS)Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Hawk programIdentify and help eliminate non-value-added activities to improve efficiency and service deliveryCollaborate with maintenance and management teams to uphold high standards of quality and safetyAbout YOUProven experience or qualifications in an aviation maintenance environmentKnowledge of Aviation Safety Regulations (DASR or CASR) is highly desirableFormal qualifications in Quality AssuranceWe believe in hiring for potential, we know that some candidates hesitate if they don''t tick all the boxes.
