DescriptionUpcoming Job Expression of InterestFull time job opportunityRemote Hybrid work modelAbout the Role:The Project Planner will provide support and expertise to the RES Construction Management team, working across wind farm and solar construction projects in Australia. We can promise you rewarding work which makes a real impact, the chance to learn from inspiring colleagues from across a growing, global network and opportunities to grow personally and professionallyKey Safety Responsibilities include but not limited to:Review and manage contractor schedules, assess progress, and maintain effective communication with contractors and stakeholdersSupport risk identification and mitigation related to project scheduling and deliveryAssist the Project Manager with reviewing contractual claims (e.g. EoT) and providing input from the Principals RepresentativeOversee specific work packages, manage contractor performance, and ensure quality and HSEQ complianceContribute to regular project reporting on construction progress, risks, program delivery, cost, and safety performanceSupport contractor procurement processes, including scoping, tendering, and contract coordinationSkills & Experience:Proficient in project scheduling and tools including MS Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and schedule risk identificationSkilled in developing master project schedules and managing interfaces and dependenciesAdaptable, innovative, and effective in both independent and team-based virtual environmentsProven ability to review contractor reports, identify delays, and support proactive project managementProven experience as a Planning Engineer, Project Planner or in a similar role.Relevant post graduate experience of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.Proficient understanding of project management knowledge areas.Qualifications:Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)Full Australian drivers licensePrimavera P6 certification highly regardedProject Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, CPPM, etc.) highly regardedExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong HSEQ and safety focusPlease let us know if you have any special requirements or need any sort of assistance during the interview.Recruiting Process:We will contact the candidates after the four-week period.Please note unsolicited CVs from agencies will not be accepted.Note:This role does not provide sponsorship; we welcome applications from candidates who have full work rights.At RES, we celebrate differences as we know it makes our company a great place to work.
