Crop Smart is seeking a confident, self-motivated Marketing Assistant to support the next phase of our brand growth across Australias farming communities.Crop Smart is a leading distributor of high-quality agricultural chemicals and adjuvants. We operate a formulation plant and a network of over 15 stores across Victoria and South Australia. Our mission is simple: to make a difference in farming communities.The RoleReporting to the Marketing Manager, youll play a hands-on role in executing our marketing program across digital platforms, campaigns, events and brand initiatives. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where your creativity, organisational skills and digital capability will make a direct impact.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube and GoogleDeliver marketing communications via eDM (Klaviyo) and SMS campaignsCoordinate video content creation and publication for social and YouTubeMaintain and update website content via Shopify or WordPressDraft marketing copy for newsletters, flyers, blog articles, website and moreAssist with coordination of field days, customer functions and sponsorshipsDesign and manage marketing collateral including signage, promotional materials, and internal newslettersSupport reporting on campaign performance and brand engagement metricsCoordinate the Communities Matter program and staff marketing initiativesAbout YouWere looking for someone with solid marketing experience, not just a foot in the door.
