This role reports directly to the General Manager - Avocados and Bananas.About The RoleThe National Food Safety & Quality Manager will drive the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Food Safety and Quality Management System across the Avocado and Banana categories. This includes fostering a strong Food Safety & Quality Culture throughout the business.This role oversees and maintains the integrity of category processes to ensure compliance with regulatory (including biosecurity), food safety and quality, environmental, ethical sourcing, and customer requirements.
