You''ll leverage your previous IT hardware experience to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients and suppliers. You will work with our sales team to support the sales process from proposal to close. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!Please note: Due to the security requirements of our customers, this role is only available to Australian Citizens only **What You''ll DoAs Sales Support Coordinator you will:Receive, quote and review hardware requests, liaise with external suppliers and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of orders to customersPlan and prioritise sales support activities towards achieving agreed business goals, whilst managing your time and productivityIdentify sales leads and escalating them to Business Development ManagersAs a skilled specialist, this positioncompletes tasks in resourceful and effective waysMaintain sales statistics, records of sales performance and the customer databaseProvide administrative support for the production of tenders, bids and other sales related documentsReceive, handle or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of our products/servicesIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement to build a culture of service excellenceDisplays a high level of operational discipline, ensuring Datacom and client processes, policies and procedures are followed and adhered toPromote a positive culture within the teamWe are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders'' changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.What You''ll BringWe are looking for someone with at least 2 years experience within the ICT sector.
