In 2023, we expanded into the world of premium artisan cheese with the acquisition of Tarago Cheese, home of the iconicShadows of Blue.Eighteen months ago, we opened the Moondarra & Tarago Cheese Shop and Caf in Dandenong South. While we proudly feature Moondarra and Tarago cheeses, our shop offers a wide selection of local and international cheeses, curated for true cheese lovers. The caf is a key part of our strategy to connect with customers, showcase our products, and share our love of cheese.The OpportunityWe are looking for a motivated and hands-on Retail / Cafe Manager to join our small but growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone whos looking to take the next step in their career, bring fresh ideas, and work in a supportive environment where initiative is valued.Youll be at the heart of our caf and cheese shop, helping with everything from curating cheese selections and driving retail sales to refining a menu that celebrates our range of cheeses. Youll make sure the space is always clean, safe, and inviting.Working closely with our marketing and sales teams, youll help shape and deliver sales strategies while also leading the roll-out of events, product tastings, and other customer engagement initiatives.
