Reporting to the Head of Distribution, this role willbe responsible for overseeing the general operations of a warehouse and its staff.About The JobOversee daily operations at the DC. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer serviceMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, enforcing and following Loreal standards and procedures and by complying with local regulationsEnsure a high degree of detail, data analytics and focus on continuous improvements opportunitiesCoordinate and determine the labour requirements across all the different activities in the WarehouseDrive and manage the budgeted KPIs across all the departments.Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goalsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have hadpreviousexperience in a similar role looking after medium/ large team.Strong experience in a warehouse or distribution centresProficiency with warehouse procedures, policies and systemsProven experience leading and developing a medium/large teamExcellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualitiesAbility to work collaboratively with all levels of company staffAbility to deliver effective feedback and communication with internal and external stakeholders, both written and verbalAbout The PerksCorporate discounts available as well as annual product allowance to use across our portfolio of brandsOn-site staff shopSocial, Health & Well-being programs throughout the yearAbout The DivisionL''Oral Australia''sOperationsincludes our Warehouse, Customer Care,MasterData and Supply Chain teams.
