Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings.Select and prepare paints to required colors and apply finishes.Collaborate with clients and team members while following safety procedures.Admirable Painting Service Pty Ltd, based in Lavington, is a well-regarded painting company delivering exceptional residential and commercial painting services across the region. Were expanding and currently looking for a qualified Painting Trades Worker to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and other structures.Select and prepare paints to required colors by mixing portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying additives.Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes, and use brushes, rollers, or spraying equipment.Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper or fabric to walls.Prepare surfaces by removing old paint, filling holes, and sealing joints.Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Collaborate with clients and team members to achieve desired outcomes.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 or more years of experience as a Painter Trades Worker.Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or equivalent qualification.Strong attention to detail and high standard of workmanship.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication and customer service skills.Valid driver''s license.What We Offer:Competitive salary of $77,000 per annum.Opportunities for career development and progression.Supportive and inclusive work environment.Ongoing training and development programs.Tools and equipment provided.How to Apply:If you meet the above criteria and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications.Stay Safe While Job HuntingWe vet all employer accounts and do our best to keep job ads safe, but scams can still occur.
