This role includes extensive machine use, full garment assembly, grading, cutting, mending and prop making. Work at Movie World, Sea World and Paradise Country to support VRTP costuming needs.Your Day To DayManufacture and mend costumes at a proficient levelUse trade/Industry skills to use multiple machines, perform advanced pattern making, exclusive garment cutting and manufacture, character creation and maintenanceConduct fittings and measurement taking at all parksAssist in the preparation of costumes required for promotions, events, filming and toursSort costumes into wardrobe racking and storage railsDeliver appropriate costumes to required venuesAssist dressing for park shows, auditions and eventsWhat Youll BringIndustry experience equivalent to a minimum level of Cert 2 or 3 Level of sewing skillsAccredited training/Industry experience garment assembly and pattern draftingFull garment assembly knowledgeGrading experience is essentialDrivers License is essentialSkilled communicator with great interpersonal skillsWell organised with a strong attention to detailRelevant health and safety knowledge desiredAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
