We have an exciting opportunity become available for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team at our Head Office in Parramatta, NSW.The purpose of the Marketing Coordinator is to work with the General Manager and the business to bring the strategy, campaign plans, content and collateral across all channels and businesses of the Max Brenner and Cakes By Max Brenner businesses to life.Reporting to the General Manager, your main accountabilities as a Marketing Coordinator will include:Administration:Manage and maintain the Marketing Calendar as needed.Manage and complete the required updates and maintenance on the website.Upload marketing assets to in-store TV screens as and when required. Complete any troubleshooting with stores when issues arise.Ongoing Budget administration including tracking committed spend, Invoice collation and distribution to Finance, and filing of estimates and invoice copies.Manage and update menus as needed.Manage and update customer memberships and other admin tasks such as menu and pricing updates as required on Redcat.Lead eCommerce growth for the business including management of the online shop, update of shop items and assist when required on the fulfilment of Web Retail orders.Assist in the management of internal communication on marketing priorities.Campaigns and Events:Create and manage Project timelines, ensuring all elements of the campaign are delivered on time in full.Work with the General Manager and external agencies in the development of artwork for campaign materials.Liaise with external suppliers for the printing and production of all campaign materials.Liaise with Centre Management and external agencies for asset distribution for all marketing activities.Complete campaign trackers weekly, including Post Campaign analysis reports in collaboration with the General Manager.Social Media Management:Work with the General Manager to develop and optimise content strategy to achieve brand goals and grow brand reach and engagement.Establish processes and guidelines for social media management for Max Brenner, including; identification and management of a platform for scheduling, reviewing and approvals of content; a testing protocol for optimising contentWork with the team to create and schedule content for social media accounts across Max Brenner and Cakes by Max including photography, filming, editing and copy creation for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.Ensure all Social Media content is aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice and follows best practice for social media management.Community management of social media accounts on a daily basis as needed.Track and analyse all relevant data and analytics sources to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and engagement from social media content on a daily basis and act on results to continuously improve and optimise performance.Complete formal reporting for management on social media KPIs on a monthly basis.Stay up to date with the latest social media and content creation trends and apply them to grow the brands presence across all key channels.About You:The ideal candidate for the role of Marketing Coordinator will have:Hospitality and/or Retail industry experience preferred (12 months or more)Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or equivalentCreative and innovative mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management, planning and organisational skillsProblem analysis and problem-solving skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a team.Why Max Brenner?Attractive salary package on offer, commensurate to experience levelAustralian owned company with a growing global footprint who values their Team MembersA fun vibrant culture that celebrates success and helps each other to succeedGain skills and experiences that will last a lifetimeExclusive employee benefits and discounts on offerThis is an exciting time to become a part of the Max Brenner family!
