We work in partnership with communities across Aotearoa New Zealand, placing survivors, families, and whnau at the heart of everything we do.Te Haeata/The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and well organised Business Support Administrator to join the Executive Board for the Elimination of Family Violence and Sexual Violence.In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Executive Board. You will provide comprehensive support across a range of business functions, helping to deliver effective coordination, financial processing, and team administration.In This Role, You Willsupport contract administration, reporting and records management.process invoices, support monthly financials, and manage purchase card activities.assist with a wide variety of administrative tasks, including organising meetings, managing diaries, maintaining files, and making travel arrangements.assist with recruitment, onboard new staff, and maintain accurate team recordsbuild strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to a positive team culture. Pkenga/Skills And ExperienceWhere no two days will be the same, your highly organised approach and excellent attention to detail would be key to your success in this role.
