This position is full-time.Position SummaryThe position is responsible for:Collection of samples in accordance with AS/NZS 4308 and AS/NZS 4760.Managing daily timesheets via Humanforce.Interviewing, recruiting, and inducting collectors to SWL.Supporting and mentoring all collectors reporting to you in your state(s).Providing collection training and ongoing competency assessments.Maintaining the Collector Induction Training Matrix and Breathalyser Register.Maintaining induction cards for access to client sites.Ensuring collector compliance with SWL uniform and PPE requirements.Traveling to remote locations for sample collection.Undertaking collector shifts as required.Being available on call.Arranging collector meetings, recording minutes, and providing feedback to the Operational Manager.Checking onsite paperwork as required.Handling reporting and administrative tasks as per the Operations Manager''s instructions.Managing stock control and storage.Maintaining good relationships with current and prospective clients.Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention of new business.Assisting with End of Month reconciliation.Qualifications - MandatoryCertification in AS/NZS 4308 and AS/NZS 4760 collection.Current open Driver''s Licence.Medium-level computer literacy.Qualifications - DesirableExperience in AS/NZS 4308 and AS/NZS 4760 collection.Neat and tidy presentation.Organized with the ability to multi-task.Additional InformationThis role involves off-site travel to remote locations, on-call availability, and maintaining positive client relationships.
