FPR is an evidence-based, collaborative service designed to provide rapid, intensive, and sustained interventions to prevent at-risk children from entering or re-entering care.As a Team Leader Family Preservation & Reunification, you will lead a team of Senior Practitioners, guiding them in delivering a relational, client-centered, and evidence-informed case management approach.
