FPR is an evidence-based, collaborative service designed to provide rapid, intensive, and sustained interventions to prevent at-risk children from entering or re-entering care.As a Team Leader Family Preservation & Reunification, you will lead a team of Senior Practitioners, guiding them in delivering a relational, client-centered, and evidence-informed case management approach. You will collaborate with partner agencies, especially Child Protection, to identify eligible referrals and coordinate service delivery, all while ensuring the provision of high-quality, innovative services to families.Benefits of working at UnitingOur work isnt easy, but it matters.
