Manager/ Senior Manager, Regional Finance Business Partner (Logistics and Transportation)Manager/ Senior Manager, Regional Finance Business Partner (Logistics and Transportation)Transportation: Lead the financial business partnering for Lazadas self-operated logistics (LEX) in Malaysia and 3rd party logistics operations in both Malaysia and SingaporeFulfilment: Business partner Lazadas integrated Singapore grocery business (RedMart) incl. warehousing, order fulfilment and last mile deliveries.Collaborate closely with local operations teams to map cost structures and identify cost-saving opportunities across all logistics segments, including first mile, sortation, linehaul, last mile delivery and warehousing.Conduct investment analysis to ensure upcoming projects align with group profitability and payback expectations.Oversee commercial pricing proposals to support LEXs expansion into external client services within the Malaysian market.Drive the monthly budgeting and reforecasting process in close alignment with operational stakeholders and regional finance.Validate the 3PL allocation strategy to ensure parcels are distributed in a cost-optimized and operationally efficient manner across networks.Partner with local controllership and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely month-end closings.Prepare financial reports and performance commentary for senior stakeholders in both Logistics and Finance.Job RequirementsSolid academic background with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field such as Business or Logistics ManagementAt least 5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally within e-commerce, logistics, or a fast-paced operational environment.
