We''re hiring another great Compliance Analyst into our team here at Equifax ANZ. Reporting into our Legal, Risk and Compliance leadership team, you will be part of a high performing team committed to fostering a best in class risk and compliance culture at Equifax. Youll support our control testing and monitoring capability for the ANZ region and ensure that you maintain independence while supporting the overall success of the organisation.This is an incredible opportunity to join an amazing team and help fuel the growth of an amazing business. You will work closely with Legal, Operations and various product teams across the Equifax product lines to provide timely, efficient, practical and high calibre compliance services to support the business achieve its strategic objectives. This role will suit those that are happy to collaborate and focus on practical solutions while also maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.What Youll DoYoull be responsible for assisting the relevant business units to take reasonable steps to ensure that the company''s operational activities across the Region are compliant with relevant legislation.Assist in the review of policies and procedures as they relate to our obligations under specific legislative requirements in the Region with particular reference to complaint handling and investigations.Develop and maintain a superior knowledge and understanding of compliance related legislation relevant to our operations in ANZ.Be the first point of referral for responses to regulatory/compliance investigations being handled by internal teams.Review marketing and other collateral.Assist the non-credit bureau divisions to manage and respond to complaintsMaintain Trademarks, Obligations and other registersParticipate in and assist with the bi-annual risk workshopsWhat Experience You Need4-7 years of experience as a compliance (or risk/monitoring related) professional in an enterprise environment4+ Years of Experience assisting business units in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.Experience reviewing policies and procedures related to legislative requirements, particularly complaint handling and investigations.Strong knowledge and understanding of compliance-related legislation.Experience maintaining registers (e.g., Trademarks, Obligations).Experience participating in risk workshops.What could set you apartExperience acting as a point of contact for regulatory/compliance investigations.Experience reviewing marketing and other collateral.Experience assisting with complaint management and response.Whats in it for you?At Equifax, we are on a mission to ensure that you have the support, resources and opportunities to Power Your Possible.
